8 corporates allotted land in Gautam Buddh Nagar, investment of Rs 288 cr expected
New Delhi: Eight corporate entities have been allotted land for industrial units in Gautam Buddh Nagar which is likely to result in an investment of Rs 288 crore.
The land parcels have been allotted along the Yamuna Expressway. Some of the private players that have got land include Krishna Murari Organisation, Arushi Electronics and Sunvoice Electronics. These players have been allotted 45,000 square meter land in Sector 33.
This allotment is expect to result in an investment of Rs 76.95 crore and about 1,560 jobs will be created, according to Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).
YEIDA also made land allotment to five readymade garment manufacturers- Orient Fashion Exports, Sahu Export, BK Fashions, Priti Wears and Maharana of India. These players have been allotted 43,000 square meter land in Sector 29. These are among the 64 garment manufacturers who had put in their applications as part of MoU signed between Noida Apparel Export Cluster and the UP government.
This allotment is expected to result in an investment of Rs 191.81 crore, YEILDA said in a statement. Overall, the eight industrial units are expect to result in an investment of Rs 288 crore.
