HCC's Net Loss Narrows Down To Rs 17 Cr For Q1FY2020
New Delhi: The consolidated net loss of Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) narrowed to Rs 17.44 crore in the quarter ended June 2019 as compared to Rs 66.06 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in regulatory filing.
The consolidated net sales of the company went up by six percent at Rs 2472.78 crore for the latest quarter as compared to Rs 2327.84 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Shalaka Gulabchand Dhawan, who has so far been associated with the company in the capacity of Director and Whole-time Director has tendered her resignation from close of business hours on July 31, 2019.
Omkar Goswami will continue as lndependent Director till the next Annual General Meeting(AGM). He was appointed for a term of 4 four years in the AGM held on July 14,2015. He has expressed desire not to seek re-appointment at the upcoming AGM.
