Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd’s net profit falls 86% to Rs 4.32 cr for Q4FY20

New Delhi: Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd’s consolidated net profit fell 86 percent to Rs 4.32 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 28.26 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Company’s consolidated revenues from operations fell 23 percent to Rs 94.27 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 122 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. 

The consolidated total expenses fell to Rs 91 crore in the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 102 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing. 

Company’s consolidated net profit declined 58 percent to Rs 32.94 crore for the whole of the fiscal 2019-20 as compared to Rs 76.24 crore in the previous fiscal. 

Company’s consolidated revenues from operations dropped 9 percent to Rs 344 crore for the whole of the fiscal 2019-20 as compared to Rs 381 crore in the previous fiscal. 

The consolidated total expenses remained exactly the same at Rs 307 crore in the last fiscal just as the previous fiscal.

The board of the company recommended a dividend of 14 percent, that is Rs 1.40 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for the whole of the last fiscal.
