Ansal Properties and Infrastructure’s net loss jumps multi-fold to Rs 209 cr in Q4FY20; full year loss even higher

New Delhi: Delhi-based Ansal Properties and Infrastructure’s consolidated net loss jumped multi-fold to Rs 209 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 25 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The total income of the company dropped to Rs 406 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 461 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

For the whole of the 2019-20 fiscal, the realty firm’s consolidated net loss almost doubled to Rs 261 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 140 crore in the previous fiscal.  The total income, however, jumped to Rs 1,145 crore in the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 824 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
