BHIVE launches fintech arm to help middle class invest in commercial realty

New Delhi: Co-working player BHIVE has launched fintech arm- BHIVE Investech which will focus on democratising commercial realty market.

BHIVE Investech will have asset light model and will provide shared ownership of expensive and big properties. The company has even raised USD 1 million funding. Ghis has been raised from existing investors. This money will be utilised for technology, legal compliance, marketing and building the right team, the company said.

BHIVE Investech will provide opportunity to the middle class in the country and even HNIs to invest in commercial real estate through a technology driven platform. The company belives that commercial real estate can give steady rental of eight percent or so and also keep the long term growth of the capital intact.

The company was founded in 2014 and has investors such as Blume Ventures and Raghunandan (Founder-TaxiForSure). It also has investors such as Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur- Co-Founders-Razorpay.
