Brigade Enterprises widens its net loss at Rs 86 cr for Q1Fy22
New Delhi: Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises widened its consolidated net loss of Rs 86 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared net loss of Rs 64 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
The total income of the company jumped to Rs 392 crore in the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal as compared to Rs 214 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal, it said in a regulatory filing.
The company raised Rs 500 crore in the latest quarter through QIP (Qualified Institutional Placement) route.
"Proceeds will be utilised for Capex - Acquisition of land or land developmental rights, working capital requirements, repayment of debt and general corporate purposes," the company said in a statement.
