Brookfield India Real Estate Trust’s net operating income jumps to Rs 170 cr for Q1FY22
Noida: Brookfield India Real Estate Trust’s net operating income jumped almost 4 percent at Rs 170 crore for the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal as compared to Rs 163.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company has announced distribution of Rs 181.7 crore to its unit holders. The collections from operating lease rentals continued to be healthy at 99 percent despite the pandemic and the lockdowns.
The income from the operating lease rentals increased by 7.3 percent to Rs 162 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 151 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The total income of the company stood at Rs 223 crore and the profit stood at Rs 74 crore for the latest quarter.
