CanFin Homes net profit jumps 17% at Rs 109 cr for Q1FY22
New Delhi: CanFin Homes net profit jumped 17 percent at Rs 109 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to a net profit of Rs 93 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
The total income of the company declined to Rs 451 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 533 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
The disbursements in the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal jumped to Rs 894 crore as compared to Rs 401 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The new approvals stood at Rs 829 crore as compared to Rs 264 crore in same quarter f the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The gross non-performing assets went up to 0.90 percent of the gross advances in the first quarter as against 0.75 percent at end of June 2020. Even the net NPAs jumped to 0.57 percent from 0.50 percent.
"The company has enough liquidity and sufficient unavailed sanctioned limits from banks and financial institutions to meet all obligations and business growth," it said.
