DLF's CEO Rajeev Talwar retires
New Delhi: Realty player DLF Ltd’s CEO and whole time director Rajeev Talwar has retired with effect from 31 March 2021.
“Further to our disclosure dated 29th January 2021, please note that Mr. Rajeev Talwar has been superannuated from the close of business hours of 31st March 2021. Consequent to their retirement the constitution of the Board continues to be in compliance with the requirements of applicable laws,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
In the beginning of the year, DLF had intimated the stock exchanges that Rajeev Talwar had deiced to retire. Talwar was serving as whole time director of the company since 14 February 2014 and was elevated as its CEO on 28 August 2015.
Talwar had joined the company as a Group Executive Director in 2006. He is an alumnus of St Stephen’s College of Delhi University. He was even selected for IAS of government of India in 1978. He has served the central and state governments in various capacities.
