Emaar India’s CEO Ajay Munot resigns abruptly
New Delhi: Realty player Emaar India’s CEO Ajay Munot has put in his papers. He had joined Emaar India in August 2019 only.
Munot has resigned to “pursue personal interests”, said a senior official of Emaar India. He also said Emaar India will now be run by Hadi Badri, who is also taking care of Emaar’s global business, until further notice.
Dubai’s Emaar Properties had entered the Indian real estate market in 2005 and brouhg in the largest FDI in realty sector back then. It has put in Rs 8,500 crore in the Indian realty market after setting up its JV- Emaar MGF Land.
