FIR filed against CMD of Migsun Group
New Delhi: An FIR has been filed against CMD of realty player Migsun Group under Bonded Labour Act, according to a news report in Times of India. The FIT has been filed as 41 people were “rescued” from one of the project sites and these 41 alleged that they were being forced to work at the site without any pay for the last two months, according to the news report.
Sachin Sharma, Migsun VP, did not respond to calls and messages for comments. Some company officials at the Jor Bagh project site called the allegations baseless, according to the news report.
Prasoon Dwivedi, SDM (Sadar), said that Police got information through an NGO-Bandhua Mukti Morcha that as many as 41 construction labourers and even their family members had been confined at a project site in Jor Bagh for two months.
