Gaurs Grp eyes Rs 1,800 revenues in current fiscal; to complete 11k flats of Amrapali in 36 months
New Delhi: Delhi-NCR based realty player Gaurs Group is expecting total revenues of around Rs 1,800 crore for the current financial year which has been badly hit by pandemic. It is also looking at building a portfolio of infrastructure projects worth Rs 7,000 crore, a segment which it entered recently.
“We are expecting a topline of Rs 1,800 crore for the ongoing fiscal at the Group level. We currently have around 2.5 crore square feet space which is under development,” Sarthak Gaur, Director Gaurs Group, told RealtynInfra.com
The revenues of Rs 1,800 crore would be about 22 percent lower than topline of the Group in 2019-20 fiscal owing to the pandemic.
The company is also looking is looking to expand its infrastructure portfolio many-fold in the coming 5 years to take to it to about Rs 7,000 crore. It is actively looking at taking government projects for the purpose, said Gaur.
The Group has won tenders for 3 projects of Amrapali for completion of about 11,000 flats. The total value of the tenders is Rs 2,124 crore which the realty firm will get from NBCC through bills raised to the government-run company on a monthly basis against the work done on 3 Amrapali projects- Heartbeat City, Verona Heights and Amrapali Centurian Park. These flats will be completed in 36 months.
NBCC has been entrusted with the completion of 23 residential projects of beleaguered realty player Amrapali.
