Godrej Properties Ltd’s net profit falls 78% at Rs 7 cr for Q2FY21
New Delhi: Mumbai-based Godrej Properties Ltd’s (GPL) consolidated net profit fell 78 percent at Rs 7.10 crore for the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal as compared to Rs 31.57 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
The total income of the company fell 36 percent at Rs 250 crore in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal as compared to Rs 395 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
In the second quarter of the current fiscal, the holding company issued 10,000 unsecured reedeemable non convertible debentures (NCD) of face value Rs 10,00,000. This aggregated to Rs 1,000 crore, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
In a separate filing to the BSE, GPL said that the boards of Ceear Lifespaces and Godrej Landmark Redevelopers have approved the scheme of amalgamation with Godrej Properties. Both Ceear and Godrej Landmark Redevelopers are subsidiaries of GPL.
