Haryana to inaugurate highway projects worth Rs 20,000 cr
New Delhi: Haryana Government is set to start work on highway projects worth Rs 20,000 crore in the state which provide better connectivity in the state and also with other states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Delhi.
The projects will be inaugurated tomorrow. The projects to inaugurated are:
1 70 kilometer 4-laning of Punjab-Haryana border to Jind section of national highway (NH) 71 at a project cost of Rs 857 crore
2 40 kilometer 4-laning of UP-Haryana Border to Roha on NH 334B at a project cost of Rs 1,509 crore
3 35 kilometer 4-laning of Rohna/Hasangarh to Jhajjar stretch of NH 334B at a project cost of Rs 1,183 crore
4 41 kilometer 4-laning of Jind-Gohana (Pkg 1, Greenfield alignment) of NH 352A at project cost of Rs 1,207 crore
5 85 kilometer 2-laning of Jind-Karnal highway on NH 709 at a project cost of Rs 200 crore
6 227 kilometer 6-laning of greenfield expressway from Ismailpur to Narnaul on NH 152D in eight different packages totaling Rs 8,650 crore
7 46 kilometer 4-laning of Gurugram Pataudi-Rewari stretch of NH 352W at a total project cost of Rs 1,524 crore
8 14 kilometer 4-laning of Rewari byepass at a total project cost of Rs 928 crore
9 30 kilometer 4-laning of Rewari-Ateli Mandi stretch of NH 11 at a total project cost of Rs 1,057 crore
10 41 kilometer 6-laning of Narnaul byepass on NH 148B, NH 11 and Narnaul to Ateli Mandi stretch of NH 11 at a total project cost of Rs 1,380 crore
11 38 kilometer 4-laning of Gohana-Sonipat stretch of NH 352A at a project cost of Rs 1,502 crore, the Ministry of Road Transport said in a statement.
