Indiabulls Housing Finance’s net profit jumps 102% at Rs 276 cr in Q4FY21
New Delhi: Indiabulls Housing Finance’s net profit jumped 102 percent at Rs 276 crore for the quarter ended of the last fiscal as compared to Rs 137 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Company’s revenue from operations dropped 20 percent to Rs 2,372 crore in the fourth quarter of last fiscal as compared to Rs 2,950 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company saw its net profit fall to Rs 1,202 crore in the last fiscal from Rs 2,166 crore in 2019-20. The company’s loan book shrunk to Rs 66,047 crore in the fourth quarter in the last fiscal year from Rs 73,065 crore in the previous fiscal.
The gross non-performing asset of the company stood at 2.66 percent and net NPAs at 1.59 percent as on 31 March 2021. Capital adequacy ratio of the company stood at 30.7 percent and tier 1 capital at 24 percent as on 31 March 2021.
The company’s board declared a final dividend of Rs 9 per share for last fiscal.
