IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd’s net profit falls 25% to Rs 154 cr for Q4FY20

New Delhi: IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd’s consolidated net profit fell by about 25 percent to Rs 154 crore for the fourth quarter of 2019-20 fiscal as against a net profit of Rs 208 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The consolidated revenue from operations fell about 19 percent to Rs 1,584 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 1,948 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.   

For the entire financial year 2019-20, the company’s consolidated net profit fell about 16 percent to Rs 720 crore as against a net profit of Rs 849 crore in the previous financial year.

For the entire financial year 2019-20, the consolidated revenue from operations of the company increased marginally to Rs 6,852 crore as compared to Rs 6,707 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The total expenses of the company fell to Rs 1,445 crore in the fourth quarter of 2019-20 fiscal as against Rs 1,637 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. For the whole financial year 2019-20, the total expenses of the company jumped to Rs 5,913 crore as compared to Rs 5,429 crore in the previous fiscal. 

The company recommend a final dividend of Rs 5 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the fiscal 2019-20. 20 July 2020 has been decided as the record date of the dividend. The payment of dividend will made on or before 14 August 2020.
