Kalpataru Ltd to invest Rs 300 cr in residential project in Mumbai

New Delhi: Realty player Kalpataru Ltd will invest Rs 300 crore in its residential project ‘Kalpataru Park Riviera’ in Mumbai.

The project will have 400 apartments in 2BHK and 3BHK formats. It will be spread over 2.4 acres. It will be developed in 2 phases. In the initial phase, as many as 171 flats are being launched with price tags starting at Rs 73 lakh. These would be ready for possession by middle of 2025.

The project is in the vicinity of upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA). It is also close to Mumbai-Goa and Mumbai-Pune highways.

Kalpataru Ltd was set up in 1969. It constructed Mumbai’s tallest housing tower in the 1970’s.
