Last day today for DDA’s Housing Scheme 2021, about 26k applications already
New Delhi: Today is the last day for the DDA’s Housing Scheme 2021 which has 1,354 apartments on offer. The scheme has goy overwhelming response so far with as many as 26,365 applications being received by DDA so far. The lucky draw will be conducted on 5 March.
The scheme, which was launched on 2 January, involves the entire process of application and allotment online.
Around 15,100 applicants have made final payment of the application fee. DDA has so far received highest number of applications payment for 10,147 HIG and MIG flats. It has received 1,711 final application payments for LIG flats and 3,245 final application payments for EWS flats. The application fee that has been decided by DDA is Rs 2 lakh each for HIG and MIG flats and Rs 1 lakh each for LIG flats, said a DDA official.
The lucky draw for successful applicants will be live webcast. For its Housing Scheme in 2019, DDA had got 45,000 applications. There were 18,000 flats on offer then.
