Mahindra Lifespace Developers suffers net loss of Rs 20 cr in Q1FY21
New Delhi: Mahindra Lifespace Developers suffered a consolidated net loss of Rs 20 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as against a net profit of Rs 13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The total income of the company declined 82 percent to Rs 22 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 120 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.
The realty player clocked sales of Rs 39 crore for 0.08 million square feet in the residential business during the quarter under review. It collections stood at Rs 72 crore. The company 28 units in the quarter. It leased 2.5 acres for Rs 8 crore in Integrated Cities and Industrial Clusters business.
