Noida authority seeks help from CBRI for demolition of Supertech's twin towers

New Delhi: The Noida authority has written to Roorkee-based Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) for its assistance to demolish the Supertech twin towers in Noida’s Emerald Court project.

Earlier this month, the Supreme Court of India had ordered the demolition of the 40-story twin towers with a period of three months. The Apex Court also told Suprtech to pay for the demolition.

“CBRI is an expert agency in demolition and construction matters,” said Ritu Maheshwari, CEO, Noida Authority in a statement.

There can be some damage to the nearby towers and the Noida Authority seeks to understand the same.
