Noida, Gr Noida admin to hold special camps for registering homes
New Delhi: The Noida and Greater Noida administrations will conduct special camps in March 2021 to help property buyers execute their property registry papers.
These special camps are being established in group housing societies and those sectors where residential units are almost ready to get registered.
An officer of the registry department said that there are 694 flats in 30 builder's groups projects and about 10,000 apartments in various Amrapali projects in Noida where the registry is about to start.
In this special drive, the property documents have to submitted and signed and the registration fees has to be paid, all online. The documents need to be signed by the buyer and builder after which the same will be uploaded on the portal.
Various registry departments officials will then contact the buyers and get the registry done with the help of biometrics which should not take much time.
This drive will be carried till 30 March.
The CEO of GNIDA- Narendra Bhooshan has directed the Group Housing Department (GHD) to be at the sub registrar office in Dadri for registering the properties during this drive on March 16, 18, 23, 25 and 30.
