Oberoi Realty’s net profit jumps 14% to Rs 286 cr for Q4FY21
New Delhi: Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty’s consolidated net profit of the company jumped 14 percent to Rs 286 crore for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal as compared to Rs 250 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The consolidated total income of the company jumped 28 percent at Rs 800 crore for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal as compared to Rs 625 crore in the previous fiscal.
The for the whole of last fiscal, the consolidated net profit jumped 7 percent at Rs 739 crore as compared to Rs 689 crore in the previous fiscal.
The for the whole of last fiscal, the consolidated total revenues of the company dropped 9 percent at Rs 2,090 crore as compared to Rs 2,285 crore in the previous fiscal.
“We are seeing a clear trend of consumer preferences moving towards spacious homes that can cater to the needs of every family member. Our quarterly and yearly numbers are a testament to this shift which we believe is here to stay,” said Vikas Oberoi, CMD, Oberoi Realty Ltd in a statement.
