Ola, Siemens, Amazon, Google, Apple, take up major office spaces in Bengaluru

New Delhi: A number of technology companies have taken up large office spaces in Bengaluru in the second half of 2020 calendar year, making the commercial real red hot in the IT capital.

Cab aggregator Ola has taken up 4.5 lakh square feet while Siemens has struck pre-commitment deal for 7.3 lakh square feet in the city. Amazon has taken up 13 lakh square feet and Google has booked 10 lakh square feet.

Most of the deals have been struck for properties along eastern Bengaluru on Outer Ring Road (ORR). The average rates has been Averaging at Rs 85-90 per square feet per month.

Apple has booked 3.5 lakh square feet in the city, according to a report by Knight Frank.
