New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh RERA Authority (UP-RERA) has penalized Omaxe BuildHome Pvt Ltd, Prateek Realtors India Pvt Ltd, Supertech Ltd, Unitech, Ansal API, Ansal Housing and many other developers for failing to set quarterly targets in their registered projects as envisaged under the law.
