Phoenix Mills Ltd suffers net loss of Rs 52 cr for Q1FY21

New Delhi: The Phoenix Mills Ltd suffered a consolidated net loss of Rs 52 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as against a net profit of Rs 153 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. 

The consolidated revenue from operations fell 78 percent to Rs 134 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 615 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. 

The total expenses of the company fell to Rs 201 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 460 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, company said in a regulatory filing.

The consolidated EBITDA of the company stood at Rs 70 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 292 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The consolidated EBITDA percentage was 52 percent for the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to 48 percent in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
