Prestige Estates Projects Ltd’s net profit nosedives 64% to Rs 51 cr for Q4FY20

New Delhi: Prestige Estates Projects Ltd’s consolidated net profit nosedived 64 percent to Rs 51 crore for the fourth quarter of the fiscal 2019-20 as compared to a net loss of Rs 141 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company’s consolidated revenues from operations remained almost flat at Rs 1,982 crore for the fourth quarter of the fiscal 2019-20 as against Rs 1,979 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company’s consolidated net profit jumped 24 percent to Rs 549 crore for the entire fiscal 2019-20 as compared to a net loss of Rs 441 crore in the previous fiscal.

The company’s consolidated revenues from operations jumped 57 percent to Rs 8,124 crore for the entire fiscal 2019-20 as compared to Rs 5,171 rore in the previous fiscal.

 The consolidated total expenses of the company jumped to Rs 1,918 crore in the fourth quarter of the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 1,791 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The consolidated total expenses of the company jumped to Rs 7,458 crore in the 2019-20 fiscal as compared to Rs 4,763 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.

On standalone basis, the company suffered a net loss of Rs 42 crore for the fourth quarter of the fiscal 2019-20 as compared to a net profit of Rs 137 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company’s standalone revenues from operations jumped 37 percent to Rs 3,355 crore for the entire fiscal 2019-20 as compared to Rs 2,441 rore in the previous fiscal.
