Prices of plots, flats goes up sharply in Hyderabad

New Delhi: The purchase of plots and flats will now cost much more in Hyderabad. The new (revised) market value for agri-lands has been fixed at Rs 75,000 per acre at the lowest level. This is about 50 percent higher than before. The new rates have been implemented from Friday. 

In the middle and highest range, the agri-land prices have increased by 40 percent and 30 percent, respectively.

The value of flats has also been increased. The least value of flats has been hiked from Rs 800 per square feet to Rs 1,000 per square feet. The jump in flat value has been 20 percent in the lowest category and 30 percent in the highest class.

The prices of open flats and also apartments have gone up tremendously in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills. Even some parts of Hi-tech city areas in Hyderabad. 

The prices of agriculture land have gone up tremendously in the vicinity of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation like Rangareddy, Vikarabad and Medchal districts.
