Reliance Home Finance’s net loss jumps many-fold to Rs 574 cr in Q2FY21

New Delhi: Reliance Home Finance’s net loss jumped many fold to Rs 574 crore in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal as compared to Rs 111 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Its net income declined to Rs 259 crore in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal as compared to Rs 343 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

Interestingly, company’s net worth stood at Rs 728 crore as on 30 September 2020. 

Company has cash at hand of Rs 1,074 crore as on 30 September 2020 in the form of investment in unencumbered liquid mutual funds.

Reliance Home Finance is currently going through debt resolution process.
