New Delhi: Realty player Shapoorji Pallonji plans to invest Rs 300 crore for the development of 440 luxury flats in Bengaluru. It has just launched a new phase of ‘Parkwest’, a 46 acre luxury housing project in the city.

The 440 apartments will have a size ranging from 462 square feet to 1,185 square feet. These will be priced between Rs 72 lakh and Rs 2 crore.

"The estimated cost of constructing this new phase will be Rs 300 crore," the company said in a media release.

In a total of 3 phases, the realty firm has launched around 1,900 flats. It claims to have delivered around 700 apartments in Phase 1.

Last month, the real estate company sold over 600 units in its newly launched residential project ‘Vanaha’ in Pune. The company has a development pipeline of about 80 million square feet. It also aims to double its revenues in the coming two years.
