Signature Global gets Occupation Certificate for 2,200 affordable homes

New Delhi: Realty player Signature Global, has announced that it has received Occupation Certificate for two of its Affordable housing projects in Gurugram. The possessions for 9 acres project ‘Grand Iva’ in Sector 103, Dwarka Expressway and 5 acres project ‘Orchard Avenue’ in sector 93. Under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, both of these projects offers 1 and 2 BHK units in various sizes.

Grand Iva offers 1472 units with the price of flats ranging from Rs 14.6 lakh to Rs 25.3 lakhs of 1 BHK and 2 BHK configurations in sizes of 426.02 sq ft to 716.17 sq.ft. while Orchard Avenue offers 729 units in 1BHK and 2BHK configurations with sizes varying from 400 sq ft to 630.704 sq ft (carpet area + balcony), the company said in a statement.

The company plans to deliver another 5,500 affordable homes within this financial year. So far the Group has launched 24 projects including one commercial space. The Group has already delivered around 3000 affordable units through three projects in Gurugram and 1 in Karnal. For now, 16910 units are under construction in Gurugram, Sohna and Karnal. 

Grand Iva's location, Gurgaon's sector 103, is a rapidly growing area with extensive infrastructure. Nature's scenic beauty is in full bloom in this region. The sector is located on the Dwarka Express Highway, which connects it to New Delhi.
