Square Yards clocks 47% jump in revenues at Rs 123 cr for Q4FY21

New Delhi: Real estate brokerage house Square Yards has clocked 47 percent jump in revenue at Rs 123 crore for the fourth quarter of last fiscal as compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

The EBITDA in the quarter stood at Rs 15.2 crore. 

For the whole of last fiscal, the startup registered 17 percent jump in revenues at Rs 350 crore as compared to the previous fiscal, it said in a statement. The EBITDA for the last fiscal stood at Rs 50 crore.

“This has been a breakout year for us where we were able to outperform the property industry by more than 70 percent and win substantial market share with double-digit EBITDA margins. All the new business segments have started showing strong traction and we are on track to deliver US$85-90mn revenue in FY22,” said Tanuj Shori, Founder and CEO, Square Yards.

The Indian operations accounted for 50 percent to the total revenues of the company, while another 41 percent came from global business. The rest of 9 percent was accounted for by mortgage business.

The international real estate segment saw its gross transaction value jump 100 percent at Rs 2,914 crore in the last fiscal as against the previous fiscal.
