Supertech, Logix, 30 other builders’ properties seized by Noida Admin

New Delhi: The Noida Administration has seized several properties of builders like Supertech, Logix City Developers, Antriksh and Rudra Buildwell, among others for nonpayment of its dues.

As many as 28 villas of Supertech Ltd and 11 apartments of Logix City Developers have been seized. The others propertie attached by the Noida Administration include 2 apartments of Antrisksh Engineers and Builders Pvt Ltd and 6 apartments of Rudra Buildwell Homes. Another 9 apartments of Sunworld Residency have also been seized. 

A total of 32 builders’ properties have been attached whose combined value is about Rs 344.23 crore.  Overall, 162 flats, 6 plots, 5 commercial spaces and 28 villas have been seized in the operation. 

These properties been attached over non-payment by these builders despite recovery certificates being issued by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)," said Vandita Shrivastava, Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) in an official order.   

The properties will be auctioned online very soon, according to the order.
